Teaching
baton and dance for over 10 years in Ohio is a desire I wish to pursue
and share in Atlanta. Recently, I decided to officially start a program
in this area teaching beginner baton students in the sport of twirling.
The beginner ranges in age from 4 to 8 years old. Our goal is to
teach the students ballet footwork, twirling techniques, marching
routines, poise, and grace. At the same time they will learn the importance of
team work, gain self confidence, and perform in front of an
audience.
The twirlers will participate in the following throughout the year:
- Parent Programs
- Local Family Festivals
- Parades
